An Indonesian based organization is seeking a female women's empowerment expert to work on short-term projects across Indonesia.

Previous experience working in Kalimantan and Papua would be an advantage. Availability in the months of August to October 2009 required.

senior tax officer with following qualifications :

- male
- involve in tax compliance, audit or objection for at least for 6 years
- experience in mining company or mining contractor is desirable, but not compulsory
- have a bachelor degree (S1) in accounting or taxation, and graduated from recognized university
- have tax brevet A and B. Tax brevet C or USKP certification will be highly considered
- conversant in using eSPT software for tax reporting is a must
- able to communicate in english (verbal and written)
- experience in using Sunsystem or SAP will be highly considered but not compulsory

He will work in Jakarta office, but occasionaly will visit mine site.

CONTRACTS ENGINEER

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering discipline.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years experienced as a Contracts Engineer.
2. Certified quantity surveyor / engineer.
3. Experienced in contracts administration.
4. Computer literate.
5. Fluent English - oral & written.
6. Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

o Assist Contracts Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies to maximise contract position
o Provide logistical support to Project Managers in resolving contractual issues with the Client, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature.
o Provide support to Project Managers with the preparation and documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and
successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement.
o Ensure that the Client and Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.

PROJECT MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Key purpose
To be fully accountable and responsible for the technical execution of a Project (or section of a Project) including the liaison and control between Engineering/Procurement/Construction to ensure that all materials and services that are purchased, fabricated, and constructed are delivered on time and in strict accordance with the approved project specifications and accepted industry codes, as well as providing specific solutions to constructability or interface (clash) issues during the construction phase.

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major in a recognized university.

    1. Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies.

manufacturer of specialty and basic chemicals. In addition to its
Jakarta head office, the Company has five branches and six
representative offices in Indonesia as well as a main regional

oversee Distribution activities. In Manufacturing, Lautan Luas
established 17 production facilities in Indonesia, three in China and is

1. Planning Product Inventory Control ( PPIC )

Requirements :

* Min. S1 Majoring Industrial Engineering

* Having a minimum of 1 year experience as PPIC

* Preferably domicilied in Tangerang

2. Senior Accounting ( ACCT-SR )

Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters

Requirements :

* Min S1 Majoring Accounting

* Having min. 4 years experience in Accounting / Finance with
min.3 years experiences in the same position

* Having experiences in reporting / cost accounting

* Good command of spoken and written English
